Job Requirements

Experience: 

  • 7-10 years in design and development in Unity 
  • Hands-on experience is a must 
  • Good knowledge of C# programming is a must 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Research & development to create PoC to keep pace with the trend in Unity-based solutions such as augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, high-fidelity games, 3D worlds, and immersive environments, etc. 
  • Ability to respond to requests for proposals and work on proposals by transforming business requirements into technical needs and providing engaging and innovative solutions  
  • Strong communication skills and coordination with different project stakeholders 
  • Ability to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code 
  • Ensure quality, scalability, security, and usability of applications 
  • Collaborate with the team (animators, visualizers, 3D specialists, instructional designers etc.) to create cross-functional synergy and better quality 
  • Contribute to HUD design 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Mastery of Unity environment and tools, both 2D and 3D 
  • Strong in object-oriented programming with C# 
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in –  
    • Textures, animation, and GUI styles 
    • Game physics and particle systems 
    • Optimizing memory and space usage 
  • Good in mobile and windows game development 
  • Building and deploying apps on various platforms like IOS, Android, and Windows platform 
  • Experience in working on AR/VR/MR apps, including good knowledge of SDKs 
  • Experience in building solutions for various types of head-mounted displays such as Oculus, Pico, Hololens, etc. is essential 
  • Server-side communication from Unity.  For example, sending/receiving data to the backend system (REST API) to save the state and/or interim data
